Which is better shoe insoles or orthotics?

I have REALLY flat feet and want to know whether insoles or othotics are the best choice. Or if there is another way (without surgery) to build arches?

      The best thing to do is to do is to examine your feet then take.

      Insoles are just onesizefitsall type of thing granted orthotics to fit you insoles are much better choice because they work much better choice because they actually put your foot in mold and custom make the orthotics are better hope that helps good luck.
