which insoles do you recomend for running?

i want to join the cross country team at my school.
but i dont really have the money to but whole new shoes,
so are there like any insertable insoles
to put into shoes i already own for cross country running?

      Insoles unless your feet starts to get injured you dont need insoles unless your feet starts to hurt from shin splints.
