sometimes when i walk too much i get a pain in my foot in the middle of my foot & i think its a lack of…arch support or something like that.

(Where can i buy some/ a brand you would reccommend…anything like that) can someone give me some info on finding good foot insoles for my shoes?

   You would probably benefit by obtaining some orthotics these can be purchased or specially made after being assessed by someone qualified podiatrist or a chiropodist who has been trained to do bio- mechanical assessments on your gait.
