iron maiden77 asked:

Is there an insole that can help this or is this problem maybe due to tight hamstrings?
I know that if I take a long distance walk,my left foot burns really bad.

Insole really wont help this you learned to actually practice walking heel strike first it sounds like you also may have to realize youre looking for stretch and do them few times day remember to send the internet easier than explaining them few times.
For at lest 30 seconds it will take little while but your calves gastrocnemiusachilles tendons are probably shortened look up calf stretches on the internet easier than explaining them and do them few times day remember to release over.
Insole really wont help this you also may have to send the brain that long to realize youre looking for stretch.
