Nat asked:

Where can I go to find insoles for running? I think my shins have been hurting the past three years because I am not wearing shoes with enough support. XC is over for me and I need to train off season but I don’t want to make my shins any worse

good in soles are made by Spenco. If you wear good shoes, and try to run on softer surfaces it can help. Don’t run on the street. Grass is the best.
