Pauly asked:
When I wear my sneakers, I mostly wear them without socks, since I hate wearing socks, and when I do wear them the insoles stick to my feet, especially the cloth insoles. They really stick to my feet. When I wear my New Balance sneakers, and I take them off my feet the insoles really stick to my feet, and the insoles sometimes come out of the sneaker. What casues the insoles to stick to my feet. THis happens to all the footwear I wear including my sandals, and my deck shoes; therefore what causes the stickiness?

SWEAT THATS WHY YOU WEAR SOCKS
Your natural sweat, helps to make the insole mold to your foot and therefore stick to the bottom of your feet. The insole also works to form itself to your foot and when you sweat and walk on your insole, it almost becomes part of the bottom of your foot, which sometimes comes out when you slip off your shoe. Sometimes they are fun to play with using your toes or bouncing the insole around with your foot while your are sliding it back into your shoe, for the next time you wear them.
