What are the best recommended insoles to eliminate foot, leg, and knee pain?

I would like to purchase some insoles for my shoes which I work in. I work 30 hours a week and this is by far the largest chunk of time I am on my feet and moving heavy weight around. What insoles would you recommend me to get to eliminate this pain the most effectively. thanks
