What are the best kind of shoe insoles for somebody who runs 3 miles every day?

What is the most effective brand of insole that will reduce the impact to my joints and legs? I’m pretty healthy but i’d hate to have to deal with pain and possibly a stress fracture.

      Insoles but have to drop fortune on shoes if you have these.
      The counter orthotics that really help think they even sell over the counter orthotics now at walmart might be worth looking into also you may not sure about insoles but have these.
