      My sprinting spikes are what should do.
      The soles of your shoes arent removable thats how my sprinting spikes.

      im a sprinter in high school track

      should i wear these at every practice, or make it tougher on myself so i would use them only at track meets?

      I tried them. it was pretty useless, but i did end up getting higher vertical with proper training. so just train(:

      i have a question: i read about this and it said it will pull a little more than average energy from your body causing you to jump higher and move faster. does this mean you get tired faster too? just wondering. thanks

      I call it a suckers deal meaning who wouldnt pay for these. If mine ever stopped working(which they will in about three years), Id buy new ones everytime.

      An immediate change of about 34 inches which finally put me at 40 up vert thanks.
