PaRs433 asked:

Im 16 and have been told by orthopedics that i have severe flat feet when standing, but if I stand on my toes, an arch appears, and so i have “flexible flat” feet. Im going to play soccer soon and was wondering whether to get in-soles. When i ran track and ran in basketball, I DID get injuries for no apparent reason which lasted about 1-2 weeks, and i guess they are do to my feet. My feet also do slightly roll inwards, although not significantly. Most website say that flexible flat feet are no concern and require no further treatment, but should i spend my money on some good insoles or not?
