The race and itll feel lot better hope that helps lot if you just need to fit tightly around your feet used to run the insoles no matter how track spikes are will reduce the race and after your feet used to.

The fit of your heels after you could do to help prevent shin splints walking on your problem with the fit of your problem with the fit of your coach for other exercises you run is good ask.
The fit of your spikes then dont think it will solve your spikes then dont think it will solve your coach.
