Insoles or heel insert for achilles tendon pain?

What type to get if I have a sore achilles tendon. Ive read something for heel support to take pressure off of the tendon.
Any reccomendations?

      The foot and then recommend or you can give you can see podiatrist they can see pt and they can give you exercises best of luck.
