I have a high arched foot and i bought new insoles (ORTHAHEEL podiatrist designed Shock absorber) i put them in my Bball shoes (zoom Kobe V) and they feel really tight like my feet feel really numb? why is that?

      Did you adjust your entire lace(not just the top bit), if not do that, put ‘em on, completely loosen your lacing, then just tighten ‘em to take away the slack, not to pull ‘em really tight.

      It that doesn’t work, you probably need to adjust your shoe-size up a little to accommodate the insoles.
