How long do insoles take to give your foot an arch?

I’m getting insoles for my feet soon but am wondering how long it will take for them to put an arch in my feet. I’m planning on joining the army but because my left foot has even less of an arch than the other (ie, almost none) i dont think id make it through the physical and just wanna know how long id have to wait for it to be sorted. cheers
