How do you stop the little rubber insole massiging nubs on the adidas sandals from coming off?

      No matter what they will give out some time. Just dont bend the shoe or pick at the insoles. Get some new ones every once in a while, you will feel renewed!

      Don’t wear them.

      They fall off so you have to buy a new pair. It sucks cause they’re so comfortable.
