How do you remove the insoles of a shoe that is glued in?

Is it safe to just tear it out slowly? Will it damage my shoe? Well i’m trying to change the insoles of my Van’s shoes. How do I remove it?

some shoes aren’t glued. so i can just remove it. but these appear to be glued in, but at least it isn’t sowed in.
but if i keep the insoles it will be too high uncomfortable. these are special insoles for my bad feet.

      The glue isnt very strong wont damage your shoes.

      For your special insole can come out without tearing it is not just glued it seems like it is really in there it is really in you will come out without tearing it seems like it.
