i have allways used baking soda sprinkled in to each shoe and leave overnight, helps to get rid of smells but be sure to shake it out in the morning
if it’s a rubber shoes, you should wash it from time to time.
For about ten minutes.
The corner of rag and dip it in rubbing alcohol wipe the corner of each shoe allow them to air dry for about ten minutes.
The entire inside of each shoe allow them to air dry for about ten minutes.
if gym shoes wash them in washer.
