How do I keep the insoles of my shoes clean?

I just bought a new pair of cream coloured espadrilles, and they have cream coloured insoles. How do I keep the insoles clean and not get that foot shaped imprint?

      always have clean feet before you put them on

      Wear socks or booties. If your feet start getting hot, take them off so that your feet do not perspire. Sweat will stain your insoles.
