      Hate to say it but you may have bruised your heel. Does it hurt all the time or just when you run? If it’s only when you run, then you may need to be fitted with a different shoe. If it’s all the time, then you have to let your hell rest and heal.

      You could try buying some Viscoped inserts for your shoes. Just google the name. They aren’t cheap but I have found that they helped my feet a lot.
