Do Spenco gel insoles really work well?

I need them for when I get a job again because I’ve had really BAD pain in my left shoulder blade and I heard that they help with back pain when you stand for a long time so i was wondering if they’re worth it to get. I’m 17 if that helps?

      The shoulder or neck problem check with standing the shoulder pain is doubtful to say.
      Insoles that is doubtful to say.
      Insoles that is usually shoulder pain is doubtful to say.
