ptcghsd asked:

When I went to buy my insoles the store employee told me that I was an overpronator and that the insoles would help give me extra stability when I run. However, there are times when the insoles do not bother me and other times when I get sharp pain in my shins or arches. Is this because of the insoles or am I just hurt?

P.S I run XC and Track.
